汽水送萬樂珠 幾乎爆胃 真人實驗玩出禍 十秒噴穿胃粘膜

【明報專訊】互聯網一直流傳多段用薄荷糖加可樂製造「噴泉」效果的短片，東北長春一名女大學生前日與朋友聚會時，竟然忽發奇想「捐軀」做實驗，喝完可樂之後再吃萬樂珠，導致出現噴射式嘔吐，

連膽汁、血絲都一併吐出，送院後證實胃粘膜出血。醫生警告切勿模仿，否則後果十分嚴重。

長春《東亞經貿新聞》報道，21歲的李娜 在長春讀大學二年級，前日和5名好友在住所內聚會，另一王姓女生上網時發現一段「可樂噴泉」短片，並與李娜開玩笑稱應該找一個人來試試。李娜以為沒有生命危險，決定親自上陣，喝了約300毫升可樂後吃了2粒萬樂珠。

據在場的同學張海陽說：「她吃了約十幾秒，就開始打嗝，之後不斷嘔吐，而且不是慢慢的吐，簡直就像水龍頭一樣噴射出老遠，把我們幾個都嚇傻了。」當「白老鼠」的李娜則回憶稱，當時她感覺胃氣突然膨脹，開始的時候還能控制，但隔了十幾秒後就已經堅持不住，可樂不斷從鼻子、嘴裏噴出來，自己被嗆得呼吸困難。

幾名同學立即撥打急救電話求助，接診的急救醫生說：「我們到達的時候，那丫頭膽汁都吐出來了，並伴有血絲，很明顯她的胃粘膜已經受損。」消化內科醫生亦表示，李娜送院時情穩定，經過胃鏡檢查，發現她整個胃壁遍佈出血點，幸好搶救及時，並無大礙。

噴射威力勁 可致敗血症

中文大學上消化道外科主任吳國偉警告，切勿親身體驗「汽水加萬樂珠」的噴射威力，因為體內壓力突變時，幽門收縮以阻止氣體進入小腸，氣體便會反彈，沿食道直衝上胸腔，有機會令食道下端的粘膜破裂，「胃與食道之間的交界位非常狹窄，這個樽頸位很容易被氣壓衝破」。

他續指，食道下端粘膜破裂，輕則出血，嚴重者胃液及食道液體走入胸腔，可致敗血症，最終甚至死亡。

點解會變「噴泉」？

【明報專訊】萬樂珠加可樂為何會「爆」﹖中大生化學系副教授何永成解釋，製造汽水過程中，會注入高壓二氧化碳，並靠氫鍵（Hydrogen Bond）將過量的二氧化碳鎖住，然而，這種力量十分脆弱，若遇到其他物質干擾便會失控。

何永成說，當短時間內極速加入多粒萬樂珠，萬樂珠表面滿佈小孔，二氧化碳在其表面迅速聚集，形成大量氣泡，令瓶內壓力增大，將汽水壓出瓶外，形成噴泉效果。至於哪一種汽水的噴射效果最勁，他表示難以評論，視乎是罐裝還是樽裝，再加上各類汽水的成分不同，故噴射效果會出現差異。

Becareful with what you eat and how you eat them, you are not Big Boss, you can't just pick up some scorpions and random snakes, nor can you take mentos with coke.

For those who dunno whats happening, basically someone had a whole mentos swallowed without chewing, and since the surface of the candy has alot of microscorping holes, the CO2 in the drink quickly gathers on the surface, forming big lumps of bubbles, increasing the pressure inside the container (in this case a human stomach). The top part of the news is the detail account of the incident where someone tried it...look, apparently she was lucky to be saved, because death is possible from this.
Never the less, she is fine, but let me make you guys be very sure, don't do it, or you are going to have coke bursting out from your nose and suffercate in coke, not pleasent.
